There are dozens of walks right from our doorstep.   We have listed a small selection below (click to view) and there are print outs available in the cottages.  Some walks are also shown on our interactive map with links to ViewRanger where they can be downloaded to your phone or GPS for navigation.

The cottages are right on the Wessex Ridgeway long distance footpath which links with a vast network of public footpaths and bridleways.  It is therefore possible to plan your own route from a gentle stroll to a full day's hike.  Everything is possible from open country and woodland walks, to the dramatic coastal footpath.
